These experts include: Franco Lambiase (South African Cake Decorators Guild), Jodie-Ann Pearton (Chefs Association), Nicole Allen (Wedding Inspirations magazine), and Hillary Biller (Food Times Weekly).

Candice Paulse Wins R150 000 Wedding with The Wedding Expo
WEDDING BLISS: Candice Paulse and Erwin Middleton are the delighted winners of a Cape Argus competition which ahs seen them take home R150 000 for the wedding of their dreams. The couple are planning to marry at the end of this year or early in 2011. The competition was held during the recent Wedding Expo. ‘This is beyond my wildest dreams – we still can’t beleive that we won.’ Paulse said today.
